RP Data Pty Ltd trading as Cotality (ABN 67 087 759 171) is running a limited time promotion from 1 November 2026 until 11:59pm on 30 November 2026 (AEDT) (Offer Period), under which Eligible Customers can receive 20% off an Eligible Subscription (Offer).
Eligibility
Subject to the Exclusions below, to be eligible for the Offer, you must:
1. fall within one of the following categories , being:
a) a new RP Data customer;
b) a returning customer whose previous RP Data subscription ended before 1 September 2026); or
c) an existing RP Data customer who is eligible for an Eligible Subscription in accordance with the table below:

You must satisfy paragraphs 1 to 2 above to be an Eligible Customer.
Exclusions
• Existing RP Data Premium customers are not eligible to receive the discount on an RP Data Premium subscription. They are only eligible for the Offer if they upgrade to RP Data Pro.
• Existing RP Data Pro customers are only eligible for the Offer in respect of a new 12-month RP Data Pro subscription for an upgraded licence package.
• This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount or special pricing arrangement unless otherwise approved by Cotality.

Additional terms
For Eligible Customers, the 20% discount is a one off discount applied to Cotality’s standard subscription fees for the Eligible Subscriptions for the initial 12-month subscription term. The discount excludes GST and any set-up, add-on, usage-based or other charges.
The Eligible Subscription is offered pursuant to the Cotality Licence Agreement and any associated agreement entered into between the parties.
If you terminate your Eligible Subscription during the initial 12-month term, you remain liable for any fees that would otherwise be payable under the terms of your Cotality Licence Agreement.
At the end of the initial 12-month term, standard subscription rates will apply and your subscription will automatically renew in accordance with the Cotality Licence Agreement unless notice is provided in accordance with the applicable termination provisions.
Subject to applicable laws, Cotality may modify, suspend or withdraw the Offer at any time. Submission of an enquiry does not guarantee eligibility for or acceptance of a subscription. All subscriptions are subject to Cotality’s verification of eligibility.
