Create a separate landing page to host the tool and include some information explaining the benefits of the sales/rental or suburb reports and why a customer should provide you with their details. This can also help with tracking and reporting.

In addition to the landing page, you can create a new navigation menu item, eg “Free Reports” or “Instant Reports”, and add a link to each report. You may also like to add the reports as links within your existing menu, eg add 'Sales report' under Buyer or 'Rental report' under Investor/Rental.
